Privacy policy
BigPicture Works Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs bigpicture.works and is responsible for your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect
- Contact form: If you contact us, we collect your name and email address, your enquirer type, the type of help you select, and any company details, timing, skills or project information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and discuss a possible engagement. We need your name and email to reply; without them we can’t respond.
- Analytics: with Google Analytics we collect how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and how you arrived. We also measure selected service and enquirer categories, enquiry starts and confirmed submissions, booking window opens, and clicks through to the external booking page. These booking interactions do not tell us whether a meeting was booked. We do not send names, email addresses or free-text enquiry details to Google Analytics. We use this to understand site usage, not to identify you.
- Booking a call: Opening the booking window loads Google Calendar’s embedded scheduler. Google receives the connection information needed to load it and the details you enter to arrange your call. The scheduler loads only when you choose to book and works independently of your analytics cookie choice. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We make no automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Calendar when you choose to book a call), as our service provider.
- Providers that host our website and email, only to run those services.
We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Overseas storage
We are based in Australia. Your information may be stored or processed in Australia, the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Google provides safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses. More: business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, change or disclosure.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or ask us to restrict or stop using it. EU, EEA, UK and Swiss visitors can also ask for a copy in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect use before you withdrew it.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
