Dusan Gledovic, founder
Designing and building digital products since 2005. Founded BigPicture Works in Brisbane in 2017.
Dusan’s experience spans hands-on software engineering, solution architecture, product and UX leadership, and mentoring engineering teams. The work has included commerce and shipping platforms, marketplaces and business applications, across Australia, Europe and the US.
That breadth connects what the business needs, how people use the product and what the team can build and maintain.
Dusan works with a small network of hand-picked senior engineers across Asia-Pacific.
Beyond that core network, BPW can draw on overseas software agencies and collaborators Dusan knows personally and BPW has worked with before, where they suit the project.
Performance marketing specialists can also support delivery where the work calls for their expertise.
Small is deliberate. It keeps senior people close to the decisions and the owner close to delivery.
We work with engineering, technology and product leaders, founders with an idea to build, delivery leads, and the agency and procurement partners who place senior contractors.
